REFUND & RETURN POLICY – FEETYCARE
By placing an order with FeetyCare, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policy below.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase.
After 6 hours, your order is automatically forwarded to our warehouse for packaging and shipping, and can no longer be cancelled.
For approved cancellations, a 10% processing and transaction fee will be deducted from the total value of your order.
We always appreciate feedback regarding your cancellation, as it helps us improve our products and services.
ORDER MODIFICATION
If you entered incorrect shipping details or made an error during checkout, please email us within 24 hours:
Please review your order confirmation email immediately after purchasing to ensure all information is correct.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We accept returns for items that:
• Arrived damaged
• Are defective
• Are incorrect (wrong variant or specification)
• Are missing parts
Our return window lasts 15 days from the date your package is delivered.
After 15 days, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
• It will be processed within 2–5 business days
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
